Camerajabber.com★★★★★ – ‘The Fuji X-T30 has a terrific build and packs in a fantastic array of features that’s not far off what’s offered by the superb X-T3. ‘

Dpreview.com – 84% (Gold Award) – ‘The Fujifilm X-T30 is an exceptional value for the money, offering excellent image quality, a (generally) well-designed body with plenty of direct controls, and an autofocus system that handles most situations with ease, with face detection being a weak point. Video is a real highlight, in terms of both quality and controls, and offers features previously found on more expensive cameras. All-in-all, it’s hard to go wrong with the X-T30, one of the best midrange cameras we’ve tested in a long time.’

Digitalcameraworld.com★★★★★ (Gold Award) – ‘The X-T30 has a couple of handling quirks that are practically inevitable in a camera this small, and it has no in-body stabilization, but these are the only faults we can find in a camera with superb external controls, a great 26.1-megapixel sensor, superb autofocus and powerful 4K video recording – and all for the price of regular mid-range camera.’

Engadget.com – 91/100

Ephotozine.com★★★★½ (Highly Recommended) – ‘The Fujifilm X-T30 offers the same great image quality as the more expensive X-T3, but at a much more wallet-friendly price.’

Expertphotography.com – 81/100

Pcmag.com★★★★½ (Excellent) – ‘The Fujifilm X-T30’s dial-based controls are appealing to enthusiasts and pros, and it backs them up with speedy, accurate focus, 4K video, and a strong lens library.’

Photographyblog.com★★★★½ (Highly Recommended) – ‘Cameras like the flagship X-T3 may grab all the headlines, but models like the X-T30 make a lot more sense for the majority of enthusiast photographers, offering most of the same functionality in a more portable format at a price that is a lot easier to bear.’

Photographylife.com – 4.7/5 (Gold Award)

Photoreview.com.au – 8.9/10

Trustedreviews.com★★★★½ (Highly Recommended) – ‘Fans of chunky grips and weather-sealed bodies will want to look elsewhere, plus the X-T30 lacks built-in image stabilisation – but these are just minor gripes considering its size and price. ‘

T3.com★★★★

Thephoblographer.com – 4/5

Techradar.com★★★★½ (Recommended – Product of the Year 2019) – ‘Fujifilm has got plenty right here: a tough body, sound AF performance, great image quality straight out of the camera and lovely 4K videos, and all for a very reasonable price. We have some reservations around operation and the electronic viewfinder, but there’s far more here to love than to be concerned about.’

Theverge.com – 8.5/10

Tomsguide.com★★★★½ (Editor’s Choice) – ‘The Fujifilm X-T30 is an excellent midrange mirrorless camera, but the Sony A6400 is better at video.’
